This program is primarily used for a user to be able to enter their receipt purchases to track their personal expenses. A user's personal expenses are broken down into user defined bill types. All the data is displayed in three different views bar graph, pie graph, and report format. The program also has the added feature of predicting future months spending habits from the use of a genetic algorithm.
