How To Get Linux GUI on SSH Session

  1. Download Xming
  2. Enable X11 on putty
    1. Select Connection --> SSH --> X11
    2. Ensure the Enable X11 Forward is checked
  3. Open a connection and type xclock & and a clock should appear on your screen
