This is a radio that each client re-broadcast to other clients. There for it is a distributed radio station. This might have a lot of problems with copyright laws. If there is a way to coin this system the same as the radio broadcasting systems. Maybe the system can be in analog format (which is legel under copyright.)

The benefit of this system is that music could be broadcasted for free.

There can be a rating system from the clients that listen to the songs.
